Cancellation Policy
Here at Natural Lash Babe L.L.C, there is a commitment to providing high-quality beauty services while ensuring an efficient and smooth booking experience for all clients. To maintain this standard, the following booking policy has been implemented. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. This allows the opportunity to offer the time slot to another client. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged a no-show fee equal to the full cost of the missed service. This fee must be paid before any future appointments can be booked.
